Application areas: mechanical parts measurement, electronic components, IC appearance detection, film spot detection, transparent object scratch detection.
3. Strip ground light source: For the measured object with large square structure, the strip ground light source is the light source product to be selected first. Colors can be freely matched and combined according to needs. Illumination angle and installation can be adjusted at will. Application areas: metal surface detection, image scanning, surface crack detection, LCD panel detection, etc.
Coaxial light source: it can eliminate the shadow caused by the uneven surface of the object and reduce the interference; this part adopts the beam splitter design, which reduces the light loss, improves the imaging clarity, and evenly irradiates the surface of the object. Application field: The series of light sources are suitable for scratch detection on the surface of highly reflective objects such as metal, glass, film and silicon wafers, damage detection of chips and silicon wafers, marking point positioning and packaging bar code identification.
5. Linear ground light source: ultra-high brightness, cylindrical lens focus, suitable for all kinds of pipeline continuous detection occasions. Application areas: dedicated to array camera lighting and AOI.
6. Point-like ground light source: high-power LED, small size, high luminous intensity; replace fiber halogen lamp, especially suitable for coaxial light source of lens; high-efficiency heat dissipation device, greatly improving the service life of the light source. Purpose: Suitable for telecentric lens, used for chip detection, marking point positioning, wafer and liquid crystal glass substrate correction.
